Master Library Manager

The Master Library Manager is the central hub for your entire music operation. It handles audio ingestion with automatic metadata extraction, dynamic playlist generation using a flexible tag-based system, and multi-tenant customer management across regions and sites. Content is distributed to venue endpoints via S3-backed storage and a RESTful API, ensuring reliable delivery at any scale.

Interface

Song List — Music library browser — filter by playlist or channel, search across the catalogue, and manage content with bulk tools. Columns show title, artist, and secondary artist.

Song Editor — Audio editor — waveform display with cue markers (DJ Start, DJ Mix, Mix), metadata editing, priority control, and LUFS normalisation. Tabs for restrictions, characteristics, channel assignments, distribution, and history.

Channel Editor — Channel editor — tag-based dynamic playlists with track counts. Each channel maps to a set of filtering rules that generate playlists automatically.

Song Sync View — S3 cloud sync — per-track sync status, checksum verification, and version tracking. Local files matched against cloud objects with one-click fetch and MD5 validation.
